Client Relationship Management
Sage CRM is one the foundations of our business. Sage CRM not only manages our contact information for our clients but it also manages our IT workflow through IT contracts for our customers and case managements linked to each client. Once an issue is reported to our helpdesk a case is opened and is assigned to our engineering team. This case can be a standalone case or assigned to a contract or a project, and can be followed through each stage “ Open, In Process, Closed”. Our support team takes ownership of these cases as each case is assigned to a specific engineers. Throughout any stage of the case we can run a report and provide this report to our customer. The customer can review, what was the problem, what was the resolution and the actions taken. The cases can be assigned to contracts and at any time the contract status can be given to our clients, thus allowing the client a full 360 degree view of their IT network.

Our Support team consists of remote / phone support along with onsite visits.
