March Blog! From @DB_Comp

With Paddy’s Day and Easter now behind us, March has been a hectic month!

New clients have come on board both on the IT Support and Managed Services side of things, and keen pricing on hardware has seen an increase in sales of servers, desktops and laptops.

As mentioned previously, of late we have seen an increase in demand for Sage CRM.

Especially for companies involved in service management, service delivery, scheduling workflow, and tracking and managing work, DB have a strong offering.

Effectively, we can customise CRM in a way which companies tell us they want it to be – not so much bespoke, but tailored to the workflow and processes of that particular organisation.

Our Integrated Service Management solution for Sage has been adopted by clients to streamline their service requirements and eliminate paper dockets.

Particularly handy, but not limited to, companies already using Sage, and who happen to be looking for an approved solution to reduce paperwork, advance beyond the limitations of spreadsheets, and not only  reduce time spent on data input and administration, but also deliver efficiencies

This exciting product will enable field engineers to input quotations, site assessments and other business critical data, directly into Sage using Apple or Android tablets

This solution is ideal for busy companies who have lads out on the road and who need to upload or access information quickly.

Businesses across a range of fields have found this kind of solution handy – security installations, landscape gardening, print services, construction, water treatment companies and businesses striving to deliver environmental services. This also works for companies involved in maintenance and service callouts for coolers, refrigerators, chillers, air conditioning and heating units.

For more information on the service module software solution, or a system demo, contact Carl or Howard on 061 480980.

Aside from customised versions of CRM for workflow, the off-the-shelf product can be delivered almost immediately, meaning there is very little turnaround time to get up and running.

Whether on-premise or cloud, either version can be harnessed to benefit those wishing to capture all of their client related communications in one place, helping to avoid anything falling between the cracks.

And finally, on another note altogether, we have a good news story.

IT Sales briefly took a back seat and wedding bells were ringing earlier this month  as the boss at DB and his beautiful bride Yvonne tied the knot, and thereafter had a lovely evening party at the prestigious Shannon Rowing Club building on Sarsfield Bridge in Limerick.

Friends, family, and all the team at DB wish the happy couple all the best for the times ahead!
